Questions and requests
Help articles and the product tour work without an account. If you submit an AI question, it is sent to OpenAI for an answer. The application requests that responses not be stored for later retrieval; provider processing policies still apply. The website does not save chat history in its own database.
Contact forms send the fields you enter to the configured RushHelm inbox through Resend. Email copies may remain with the recipient and email provider. Downloading a request copy does not send it.
Spam prevention
Cloudflare hosts this website and verifies submissions using Turnstile. The server uses a daily hash of the connecting IP address to enforce request limits. The application removes older counter rows during subsequent requests. Hosting and service providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Your restaurant data
Website support is separate from the restaurant app. It cannot read employee profiles, reports, schedules or account records. Do not send sensitive restaurant or employee data through this public website.
Questions about your information
Use the support request form to ask about a message you submitted or request its deletion. This page describes the website’s implementation; subscription service terms will be provided before paid onboarding.
