01 / THE PRODUCT
Bring the manager’s day together—from the first hourly entry to the overnight cook plan.
Enter sales, Orders and staffing throughout the day. Review TPLH against your target, then review nightly sales and labor from supported Excel report imports.
Calculate overnight beef from the previous week’s matching day, a sales cushion and leftover pounds. Check whether planned ON covers the target.
Create shifts in a weekly grid, move or duplicate them, and review availability and weekly hours. Publish the week when it’s ready for your team.
NEW / THE 3.0.2 OPERATIONS UPDATE
The latest pilot update brings the details that usually get left on paper into RushHelm. Deployed to the online pilot.
Leave a dated note for the next shift. Resolve it when it’s handled, or reopen it when it needs another look. Earlier open notes stay visible.
Record wasted items, quantities, reasons and optional costs. Incorrect entries can be voided while retaining their history.
Add daytime beef batches with raw pounds and the time put on. Track Cooking, Ready or Cancelled status so an unfinished batch isn’t shown as ready.
Adjust the overnight sales cushion for that business day. The forecast recalculates from the sales baseline and measured leftovers.
Batch totals are not remaining inventory. Daytime additions do not automatically increase LO or overnight ON. New days default to a $300 cushion.

LIVE PERFORMANCE / EXAMPLE
Live TPLH = Orders ÷ employees entered for that hour.
At target.
In the pilot, two consecutive completed hours below 5.0 prompt a staffing review. A manager checks minimum crew, stations and upcoming demand before making a decision.
10PM REVIEW / EXAMPLE
Rounded up to the next hundredth of a pound.
ON = max(0, (forecast sales + cushion) ÷ $38 per pound − LO). The pilot uses finalized sales from tomorrow’s weekday last week, or a manager’s override.
WEEK BUILDER / EXAMPLE

03 / BUILDING FROM THE FLOOR UP

Daily Plan · Supported XLS imports · Overnight beef forecasts · Staffing review prompts · Scheduling · Team messaging and shift-trade workflows
Dashboard · Handoff log · Waste log · Additional beef batches · Adjustable daily cushion
Pilot access is limited. App 3.0.2 is deployed in the pilot. Public subscriptions are not open yet.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Not yet. The pilot uses manual entries and supported XLS report uploads. Authorized POS integration is on the roadmap.
No. Staffing prompts help a manager review Orders, labor productivity, minimum coverage and expected demand. Managers make the decision.
The pilot uses $38 of sales coverage per raw pound, a selected sales baseline, measured leftovers and a daily cushion. It is a planning aid, not a count of sandwiches or a food-safety instruction.
Early-access pricing is $49 per location per month; planned standard pricing is $79. Request access to discuss availability. Checkout is not connected and no payment is taken here.
